In order to protect account and property security, CountHelper APP may verify the relevant information with you. CountHelper APP will respond to your request as soon as possible after receiving your feedback, up to 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can appeal again by contacting the CountHelper APP customer.

Chapter 7 Protection of Minors' Information

1.1 CountHelper APP attaches great importance to the protection of minors' information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read this Privacy Policy and the Children's Privacy Policy and use the products or services of CountHelper APP under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with the consent of your guardian.
